❑ The snake-spring production line mainly consists of a wire feeding unit, a spring forming mechanism (including a wire feeding wheel group, a forming mechanism, and a pre-bending mechanism), a stamping unit, and other auxiliary portions. It enables switching between a round shape snake-spring and a flat shape snake-spring by configuring the stamping unit. The entire process is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) to ensure synchronous and coordinated operation among the working units. It's servo motor driven for high-speed production of snake springs.
