❑ The snake-spring production line mainly consists of a wire feeding unit, a spring forming mechanism (the spring forming mechanism includes a wire feeding wheel group, a forming mechanism, and a pre-bending mechanism), a stamping unit, and other auxiliary portions. Enable to switch off in between to produce a round shape snake-spring or a flat shape snake-spring by configured at stamping unit. The entire process is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) to ensure the synchronous and coordinated operation among the working units. It's servo motor drive for high-speed production of snake springs.
